10. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, such as unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, unclaimed package, incorrect address, or failure to respond to carrier notices, the package may be returned or disposed of by the carrier.

In such cases, Waveseun may not be responsible for reshipping costs, carrier fees, or loss caused by failed delivery.

If the package is returned to us and can be reshipped, we may offer reshipment after the customer pays any applicable shipping fees.


11. Delayed Orders

Although we work with carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Delays may be caused by:

  • High order volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect address
  • Local delivery issues
  • International shipping restrictions

We will do our best to assist, but Waveseun is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier if the shipping address provided was correct.


14. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Please do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is resolved, as photos or carrier inspection may be required.


15. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, wrong quantity, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
