This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for purchases made on https://waveseun.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this Cancellation Policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.


1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to a shipping carrier.

  • The order has already been shipped
  • A tracking number has already been issued
  • The order has been handed over to the shipping carrier
  • The product is already in fulfillment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the product according to our Refund and Returns Policy.


4. Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Items

If Waveseun offers custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may be limited.

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

This may include products that are specially customized, engraved, personalized, modified, or produced based on customer-specific requests.

If your order includes a custom or personalized item, please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel it.


5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Please note that some banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


6. Payment Authorization and Pending Charges

In some cases, your payment provider may show a pending charge or authorization before the payment is fully captured.

If your order is canceled before payment is captured, the pending authorization may be released automatically by your bank or payment provider.

The time required to release pending charges depends on your financial institution.


7. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Customer Information

11. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place duplicate orders, please contact us immediately.

We may be able to cancel the duplicate order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the duplicate order has already been shipped, it may need to be handled as a return under our Refund and Returns Policy.


12. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package from the carrier does not automatically count as a valid cancellation.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees, return fees, or carrier fees may apply.
